Non-destructive testing (NDT)
Restore the cylinder bore with either:
- ThermEx® thermal spray coatings
- Re-line
Cylinder re-sizing
Restoration of stud bolt holes
Manufacture of new rolled thread stud bolts
Repair cracks
Face seal areas and valve seats

Compressor Connecting Piston & Rod Assemblies

Compressor Rods

Rebuild or manufacture new
Coat with ThermEx® thermal spray to restore size and extend run life
Manufacture new nuts, drake nuts, and studs
Provide new piston/crosshead end nuts from Superbolt

Compressor Connecting Rods

Restore pin eyes, crank eyes, and thrust faces
Coat with ThermEx® thermal spray
Provide and install new bushings
NDT inspect

Compressor Pistons

Restore ring and rider band grooves
Provide and install new rider bands
