Will Exline, CEO

Will Exline is the 6th-generation CEO of Exline and has been with Exline since January of 2018. Before becoming CEO, Will held the roles of President, and Account Manager—West Coast, and also VP of Operations.

Bret Hightower, Chief Commercial Officer

Bret Hightower is the CCO of Exline, Inc. Before being named CCO in November 2023, he served as Exline’s President, preceded by the role of Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Prior to joining Exline, Bret held positions with Dover Corporation, Hoerbiger Service Inc. and EnPro Industries. He has more than 3 decades of heavy industrial service and manufacturing work experience in various aspects of executive leadership, sales, operations management and corporate relations, including contract negotiations, business development, community relations, and strategy development and execution. Bret earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Panhandle State University. He is an active member of several regional and national industry organizations.

Jon Ramsey, Chief Financial Officer

Jon Ramsey is the Executive Vice President and CFO of Exline, Inc. He joined Exline in February 2011 and before that Jon had worked with Clubine and Rettele, Chartered and Salina Supply Company in Salina, and the Duckwall-ALCO, Inc. stores in Abilene. Jon graduated from Chapman High School and received his BA degree from Bethany College in Lindsborg, Kan. He has been a member of the Salina AMBUCS and Salina Rotary Club, and also volunteers for many Salina and Lindsborg organizations and several youth sports organizations.

Scott Schlesener, Chief Operation Officer

Scott Schlesener is the Chief Operations Officer of Exline, Inc. Before joining Exline, he worked at Premier Pneumatics and Coperion K-Tron for 27 years where he gained work experience in plant management, global operations, mergers and acquisitions, product integrations and also as Director of Operations/General Manager. Scott received his Bachelor's of Business Administration (Management) from Fort Hays State University. He is active in his community and is a member of the Southeast of Salina Education Foundation Board.

Jennifer Briggs, Vice President of Human Resources

Jennifer Briggs, Vice President of Human Resources, has over 15 years of experience in Human Resources, partnering with employees and leaders across a broad range of HR functions. She has held progressive roles including HR Business Partner, Compensation and Benefits Manager, and Human Resources Manager. Jennifer holds a Bachelor’s degree from Ottawa University and is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) through HRCI. She also serves on the Board of Directors for her local SHRM chapter as Treasurer.
