Exline Names Chris Gruber Direct of Field Services
Chris brings five years of experience in manufacturing and natural gas midstream operations, with four focused on the reliability and maintenance of legacy reciprocating compression engines. Chris oversees field mechanical and field machining operations nationwide for Exline and is currently working to expand the team to better serve growing markets.
Chris is a graduate of Auburn University’s Samuel Ginn College of Engineering and joins us from Kinder Morgan where he was a field engineer working on the Southern Natural Gas and Tennessee Gas Pipelines. In his previous role, Chris performed engine and compressor commissioning, failure investigations, project management, and compressor station automation upgrades.
Chris enjoys spending time with his wife and rescue dog, Newton. He enjoys traveling with friends, hiking in the warmer weather, hunting, and trying new restaurants. Chris lives in the Birmingham, Alabama area and enjoys spending time with his family, who live close by and coaching youth lacrosse with his wife at the local elementary school.
