Power Cylinder and Water jacket repair
Exline can completely rebuild or repair your power cylinders. Our re-build process includes restoring the bore with ThermAlloy® coating or by re-lining, repairing the valve seat area and bolt hole damage. Any cracks are repaired, the sealing and alignment areas are machined, and the re-conditioned power cylinders are prepped for long term storage. Thermalloy® is a revolutionary process for restoring power cylinder bores. Thermalloy® is the Thermal spray application of complex powder alloy exclusively formulated for Exline. Advances in thermal spray technology both in coatings and application equipment coupled with years of development by Exline, have created this revolutionary product. Exline also uses thermal spray coatings to restore worn or eroded water jackets. This process improves corrosion and erosion resistance and restores dimensions in sealing areas.
Connecting Rod repair
Exline can manufacture new rods or repair damaged rods. Our repair process includes restoring the sealing/fit areas with thermal spray coatings. Thermal spray coatings restore parts to original dimensions and extend the service life of your parts. We also offer a variety of packing area coatings to restore size and improve wear life.
Compressor rods
Exline can manufacture new compressor rods or repair damaged rods. Our repair process includes restoring the thrust faces, and the pin eye and bail eye bore with thermal spray coatings. This coating process restores the parts to their original dimensions and extends the service life of your parts. We also clip and bore the crankeye, and provide and install bushings.

Power Cylinders for Sale or Exchange
Exline re-conditions power cylinders for sale or exchange. Each cylinder goes through an extensive inspection before the process begins, including mag particle, precision dimension inspection, and visual inspection. Both 2 and 4 cycle cylinders are in stock at our facility and are readily available.
